Finish the feasibility study.  Pending results, priorities, goals and dates will be laid out as funding becomes available.

HVAC system for building.  

Work on front of building's entry way, the front restrooms, kitchen area/concession stand, and gymnasium.  upon completion, we would be able to open a large portion of the community center for use.
